Shower does drain, water ankle deep. Overall bad experience for a Courtyard.
The location was near the place I needed to visit for work. Whilst staying there, I did not have a chance to use the pool or workout facilities, but, they are in very good condition. They start was very friendly and I will definitely stay here again.
Housekeeping horrible. Did not replace coffee. Did not take trash. Did not replace towels. Bedding not clean.
Service was wonderful and staff took the time to read my preferences on my Marriott profile and assigned me a king sized bed instead of two double beds. Staff seemed genuinely happy. I asked to extend my stay for an additional night at the same rate and management was happy to do it without re-registering or any additional paperwork. The location is fairly convenient - about 15 minutes drive away from the Great Lakes Crossing Outlet and about 10 minutes away from several breakfast restaurants. Great location. I really enjoyed my stay. Good value and would recommend.
Clean hotel. Rooms are nice. Check in was a breeze. Convenient location. Room setup was great. We loved the sofa to watch TV during the stay.
Troy Courtyard is worth the drive vs staying close to customer.
So I booked through Priceline paid 74 dollars. Two days later I see they charged my card another 65 dollars for the room. I called 10 times and no one has ever taken care of it. Every time they say they will call me back they never do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!!! THE GM MUST BE DOING THIS WITH MANY BECAUSE I SAW SIMILAR REVIEWS. STAY AWAY!!!!!
